Garments
At Queen City Customs, we strive to provide affordable, quality uniform approved items for your Griffin. We hold a 1-year (or 52 wash) guarantee on the garment itself. If you are unsatisfied with the wear of your garment prior to 1-year or 52 washes, we will happily replace the item.
Note that proper care of the garment will ensure it lasts for a lot longer than the 1-year time period and that you are able to pass along to siblings and friends. Wash and dry instructions are listed in the product description.
Most items require washing inside out in COLD water and tumble dry LOW or for best care HANG to dry.
Embroidered Items
At Queen City Customs, we guarantee our embroidery for life of your garment. With proper care, the sweater will wear out before the embroidery does. If for some reason you are unhappy with the wear of your embroidery, we will be happy to replace the item.

Screen Printed Items
Logos and designs that are printed onto the garments also carry a 1-year or 52 wash guarantee. These items are more sensitive to heat and will fade quickly if exposed to it. For best care of your custom item wash inside out on cold water and hang to dry.
DO NOT wash printed logo garments in WARM or HOT water.
HANG garments to dry. Exposure to heat will cause the printed design to crack and fade.
